Consent to receive texts related to your orders is not a condition of purchase or service and may be withdrawn by you at any time, but it may affect order processing. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any service and may be withdrawn by you any time. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary. Our text messaging program may be operated by us directly or by a third-party service provider, who can use such information only in compliance with this Privacy Policy and for no other purpose.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
As you navigate through and interact with our Website, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:
- Details of your visits to our Website, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Website.
- Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.
We also may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking). Access https://globalprivacycontrol.org/ for information on how you can opt out of behavioral tracking on this Website. We recognize Global Privacy Control signals.
The information we collect automatically may include statistical data and does not include personal information as follows:
- Statistics or aggregated information. Statistical or aggregated data does not directly identify a specific person, but we may derive non-personal statistical or aggregated data from personal data. For example, we may aggregate personal data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Website feature.
- Technical information. Technical information includes information about your internet connection and usage details about your interactions with the Website, such as clickstream information to, through, and from our Website (including date and time), pages that you view or search for; page response times, download errors, length of your visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), or methods used to browse away from a page.
However, we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve our Website and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:
- Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
- Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Website according to your individual interests.
- Speed up your searches.
- Recognize you when you return to our Website.
If we combine or connect non-personal statistical or technical data with personal data so that it directly or indirectly identifies an individual, we treat the combined information as personal information.
The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:
- Cookies (or browser cookies). A cookie is a small text file placed on the hard drive of your computer for record keeping purposes. Cookies can be either session cookies or persistent cookies. A session cookie expires when you close your browser and is used to make it easier for you to navigate our Website. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. Our Website uses certain cookies that are fundamentally necessary for the Website to function and allow you to use the features of our services (e.g., loading pages, maintaining session continuity, and submitting forms). We also use cookies that support analytics, performance measurement, and advertising. We do not currently maintain an on-site cookie consent management tool, so cookies may be placed on your device when you access our Website. You can control or disable cookies at the browser level by adjusting your browser settings to refuse all or some cookies, to delete cookies that have already been set, or to alert you when cookies are being placed. Most browsers also offer a private or incognito browsing mode that limits cookie storage. Please note that if you disable or refuse cookies, some parts or features of our Website may not function as intended. For information about managing your privacy and security settings for cookies, see Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information.
- Web Beacons/Tracking Pixels. We may use standard Internet technology, such as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, tracking pixels, and single-pixel gifs) and other similar technologies or analytics tools to track your use of the Website. We also may include web beacons in promotional email messages or newsletters to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon. Web beacons are tiny graphics with a unique identifier and are used to track the online movements of web users or to access cookies. Unlike cookies, which are stored on your device, web beacons are embedded invisibly on the web pages (or in emails). The information we obtain in this manner enables us to customize the services we offer to users of our Website, to deliver targeted advertisements, and to measure the overall effectiveness of our online advertising, content, programming, or other activities.
To the extent any of these automated technologies are considered a personal data sale, targeted advertising, or profiling under applicable laws, depending on where you live, you may opt out from use of these automated technologies for such uses by emailing us at sales@cambium.design. Please note that some features may be unavailable as a result.
When you interact with the Website, there are third parties that may use automatic collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties include:
- Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy at https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/2549116?hl=en.
- [Additional advertising and analytics platforms used by the Website, such as: Google Ads, Google Dynamic Remarketing, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Advertising/Bing UET, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, etc. — list only those actually in use.]
- [Google reCAPTCHA, if used on forms.]
- Advertisers, ad networks, and ad servers.
- Analytics companies.
- Your device manufacturer.
- Your internet or mobile service provider.
These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the Website. The information they collect may be associated with your personal data or they may collect information, including personal data, about your online activities over time and across different websites, apps, platforms, and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.
We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.

Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential, as set forth below.
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.
We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:
- To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
- To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
- To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Company’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by the Company about our Website users is among the assets transferred.

- To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
- If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
The categories of personal information we may disclose include:
- Name
- Email address
- Residence address
- Phone number
- Bank account information (this information is stored by our third-party payment processor, not us)
- Debit or credit card information (this information is stored by our third-party payment processor, not us)
Non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Third Party Links
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our Website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
- Cookies, Other Tracking Technologies and Advertising. Because our Website does not currently provide an on-site cookie consent management tool, the primary way to control cookies and similar tracking technologies is through your browser. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies or other tracking technology files, to delete cookies that have already been stored, or to alert you when these files are being sent. Most modern browsers also offer a private or incognito mode that limits cookie storage. If you disable or refuse cookies or similar tracking files, some Website features may be inaccessible or not function properly. Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting that can send a signal to the online services you visit indicating you do not wish to be tracked. Because there is not a common understanding of how to interpret the DNT signal, our Website may not respond to all browser DNT signals. Some browsers and browser extensions also support the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), which can send a signal to opt out of certain types of data processing. We recognize Global Privacy Control signals and will make reasonable efforts to honor them as required by applicable law. You can also access https://globalprivacycontrol.org/ for information on how to opt out of behavioral tracking on this Website.
Email. You may unsubscribe from any marketing email communications by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” button included in all of our marketing communications or by contacting us at sales@cambium.design. Note that you will continue to receive transaction-related emails regarding services you have requested. We may also send you certain non-promotional communications regarding us and our services and, to the extent permitted by law, you will not be able to opt out of those communications (e.g., communications regarding updates to our policies).
Texts. If our Website offers texts, to stop receiving text messages, reply “STOP” to any text message you have received from us. Note that you will continue to receive transaction-related emails regarding services you have requested. We may also send you certain non-promotional communications regarding us and our services and, to the extent permitted by law, you will not be able to opt out of those communications (e.g., communications regarding updates to our Policies).
We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can learn about opt out options from the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) at https://thenai.org/how-to-opt-out/.
Residents of certain states may have additional personal information rights and choices. Please see Your State Privacy Rights for more information.
Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You may also send us an email at sales@cambium.design to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
Residents of certain states may have additional personal information rights and choices. Please see Your State Privacy Rights for more information.
Your State Privacy Rights
State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information.
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Nevada, and Virginia provide (now or in the future) their state residents with rights to:
- Confirm whether we process their personal information.
- Access and delete certain personal information.
- Correct inaccuracies in their personal information, taking into account the information’s nature and processing purpose (excluding Iowa and Utah).
- Data portability.
- Opt-out of personal data processing for:
◦ targeted advertising (excluding Iowa);
◦ sales; or
◦ profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects (excluding Iowa and Utah).
- Either limit (opt-out of) or require consent to process sensitive personal data.
The exact scope of these rights may vary by state. To exercise any of these rights, send us an email stating your request to sales@cambium.design.
Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales. Residents who wish to exercise this sale opt-out right may submit a request to this designated address: sales@cambium.design. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.
Some browsers and browser extensions support the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) that can send a signal to process your request to opt out from certain types of data processing, including data “sales” as defined under certain laws. When we detect such a signal, we will make reasonable efforts to respect your choices indicated by a GPC setting as required by applicable law. We recognize Global Privacy Control signals.
Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to protect your personal data from accidental loss or destruction and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.
The safety and security of your information also depend on you. You are responsible for taking steps to protect your personal data against unauthorized use, disclosure, and access. If we establish means to access certain parts of our Website, then the following shall apply: where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, information transmission via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.
How We Retain Your Personal Data
We keep the categories of personal data described in this policy for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described or for as otherwise legally permitted or required, such as maintaining the Website and services, operating our organization, complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and for safety, security, and fraud prevention. This means that we consider our legal and business obligations, potential risks of harm, and nature of the information when deciding how long to retain personal data. At the end of the retention period, personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or deidentified.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. We may update this policy from time to time, and we will provide notice of any such changes to the policy as required by law. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date, active, and deliverable email address for you and for periodically visiting our Website and this privacy policy to check for any changes.
